Fathers Day!

Fathers Day was rather chilly and rainy, so Ben and Dad chilled out together and watched the Red Sox win 9 – 0!

Thankfully he was in a forgiving mood during this photo op….

Tummy Time!

So Ben does not quite understand WHY we repeatedly subject him to tummy time.

He is starting to try to roll over, as this wild action shot proves!!

And we even managed to catch a tummy time smile… a real rarity.

He starting to sit up semi-assisted, too!

The River

We finally had a day where it was hot, but not TOO hot, so we brought Benjamin down to the river for the first time. He doesn`t exactly love his bath, so we were not to sure how he would react, but he did pretty well (especially considering how cold the water was!)

Going Pro

So Ben is starting to get REALLY good at the ol` Jumparoo…

If we let him, I think he would do this for hours (not kidding!).

This weekend we also visited Pete and Lynn (and Piper, Ross and Charlie, of course!) and they were nice enough to give us an exersaucer and a jumparoo for Benjamin!

Benjamin seems a bit small for the exersaucer, but he LOVES to jump! Well, I would not exactly call it `jumping,` yet, but he likes to throw himself around and see what happens!

With the cheering section and the flashing bulbs…he must think he is something of a celebrity.

Since we spent the day Saturday out in the hot sun, Sunday was a day for relaxing indoors! Now that it is warm enough for Benjamin to be hanging out in little-to-no clothes (which is how he prefers it, really!), we have lots of opportunity to check out his every growing collection of rolls…

Day in Vermont

On Saturday we went over to Brattleboro, VT to Josh`s cousin Damian`s place for family picnic celebrating both Tana and Asa graduating. It was great to see everyone, but it sure was hot!!

Benjamin met Tana and Aunt Sherry…

Healso met Jaden, who is about 3 weeks old. It is amazing how much they change in just a couple of months!!

Daddy`s little man

Josh and Ben have been enjoying some `boy time` together lately!

Ben got to go for a ride in Grandpa`s mustang (if a slow crawl to the end of the cul-de-sac qualifies for a `ride`, that is…).

And this is what happens when Dad dresses Ben… flaming legs, a pirate diaper, and a `little stinker` shirt.
